Perfume Oil

Perfume oils (attar-style fragrance) with no alcohol and no water: concentrated scent in a carrier of dipropylene glycol, sold in roll-on and dropper bottles.

Because there is no alcohol, the oil sits closer to the skin, wears softer than an alcohol spray, and travels without the aerosol and flammability paperwork an alcohol-based fragrance needs.
